Our hope at Happy Family is for you to be able to connect to God. A part of our role as mother, daughter, wife, husband, friend, etc. is to operate everyday from a place of healthy reality. We understand that life gets crazy. How are we supposed to operate in this world without surrendering to God? Maybe you are someone who is looking for a new way to connect with the Lord. Maybe you’re just wanting to take the first steps towards living a healthier, more fulfilling, and peaceful life. Either way, our prayer is that you would use this journal to connect to the Lord so that He can help guide you to live a healthy and holy life (especially in the midst of conflict).

In this journal we have prepared a space for guided meditation on the scriptures. This is how we spend time meditating with God, but there is no right or wrong way to use it. This journal is not the answer to all your problems. Can this journal help bring more clarity and peace into your life? OF COURSE! But remember, there is no list of boxes to check off in order to have a relationship with God. This journal is not something to check off of your to-do list. It is meant to help you take a step back from this world and connect with your Creator. This requires more than going through the motions. This is being fully devoted to knowing God and knowing what He says about you.
